Banking & Digital Banks

Banking & Digital Banks
Opening an account takes minutes. Making you their main bank takes a programme.
WHO IT IS FOR
Banks
From new account to main bank.
Card activation, salary transfer, cross-selling finance and savings, moving branch customers to digital, and bringing dormant accounts back.
Digital banks & fintech
From download to daily use.
KYC completion, first top-up, adding the card to a wallet, first transfer, referrals and repayment reminders, run on the platform you already use.
41%
of email revenue comes from 5.3% of the messages sent.
Those 5.3% are automated flows: messages triggered by what each customer does, not by the calendar. In banking, the triggers are account opened, card not activated, salary not moved and activity dropping.

Your data stays yours.
Content and customer data stay inside the bank. The targeting engine receives codes and returns a page reference; your CMS serves the approved page.
Inside the bank
Your systems tag each customer: card not activated, salary not moved, activity dropping.
Targeting
Receives only an ID and tag codes, and returns which page to show.
Your CMS and app
Serve the approved page in Arabic or English and log results against a hold-out group.

FAQs
Do we need to buy a new platform? No. We work on the CRM, CMS and app platforms you already run. If you want a new one, we can recommend and implement it. Does customer data leave the bank? No. Targeting uses an ID and tag codes only; customer data and content stay in your systems, and results are measured in your own data. What do you need from us? A segmentation job that sets the tags, one app release for the placements, and content approvals from your team. Do you work with digital banks and fintechs? Yes. For digital banks we run as an extension of your growth and CRM team, on the platform you already use. Who is on the team? An engagement manager leads a data analyst, a martech developer, a UX/UI designer and a copywriter, with a strategist and data architect during set-up.
