Ethos is an independent Brevo consultancy serving the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and the wider Middle East. Through Ethos Engage, our team plans, builds, sends and measures Brevo lifecycle journeys in Arabic and English, on the set-up you already own, with no new platform and no migration.

Do you offer Brevo consulting in Dubai and the UAE?
Yes. Ethos supports Brevo users across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, from our Dubai and Riyadh teams. We plan, build and run lifecycle journeys on your existing Brevo set-up, in Arabic and English.
Do you support Brevo in Qatar, Bahrain and Oman?
Yes. We work with brands in Doha, Manama and Muscat, and with groups that operate across several GCC markets. Journeys can be set up per market, with local offers, language and sender rules, while reporting stays in one view.
Can Brevo run Arabic, right-to-left and WhatsApp journeys?
Yes. We build right-to-left Arabic templates and English versions for every message, checked by an Ethos writer before sending. Brevo supports WhatsApp, so we set up approved message templates, opt-in and quick replies alongside your other channels.
How do you handle data protection on Brevo in the UAE and GCC?
We work inside your Brevo account and your compliance framework, and we do not copy customer data to Ethos systems. Journeys are consent-checked and designed around the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the equivalent laws in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and free-zone rules such as DIFC and ADGM where they apply. Your legal or data-protection team keeps final sign-off.
Do you also support Brevo in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Ethos is headquartered in Riyadh and has worked with Saudi brands for more than a decade. Our Saudi page for Brevo covers PDPL, Saudi-dialect content and the local sales calendar in more detail.
How does an Ethos Engage programme on Brevo work, and what does it cost?
Engage is a recurring monthly retainer. A setup team designs the programme in months 1–3, then an operations team runs it every day. The fee depends on the number of journeys, channels and markets. Many clients start with one stage, such as activation, retention or win-back, and expand once results are proven.
Is Brevo the same as Sendinblue?
Yes. Sendinblue rebranded as Brevo in 2023. Existing Sendinblue accounts and set-ups carry over, and we support both.

Brevo is an email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing platform for small and medium-sized businesses, formerly called Sendinblue. Across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and the wider Middle East, it is usually run by SMEs that want email, SMS and WhatsApp in one affordable tool.
Ethos is an independent Brevo consultancy with more than 70 specialists across hubs in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Egypt. We are not tied to any platform vendor, so our advice is about results, not licences.

With Ethos Engage, our team runs Brevo as a recurring lifecycle programme, on your own account. We set up email, SMS and WhatsApp automations, build contact attributes and segments, create bilingual templates and report results per automation.
Every message is written in Arabic and English and checked by an Ethos writer. Every journey has a target and is measured against a control group, so you see the revenue it added, market by market across the GCC.

For smaller programmes we run a lean team: one Engagement Manager owns strategy and delivery, backed by shared martech, data and content specialists.
Engagement Manager (team lead, day to day): builds, launches and optimises every journey, working alongside your team.
MarTech Developer (day to day): builds and maintains the set-up: automations, contact attributes, transactional email and APIs.
Data & Performance Analyst (day to day): loads segments, monitors results and reports each journey against a hold-out group.
UX/UI Designer & Copywriter (day to day): designs and writes every message in Arabic and English.
